Job Title: Business Manager

Resposibilities
The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
- Oversee the day - to - day operations of the organization.
- Motivate the different departments and the organization at large to meet financial goals.
- Develop and implement budget and operations policies, control costs to keep the organization on track financially.
- Extracting trends from data and developing the most efficient plans for business operations.
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Management of procurement and supplies.
- Management of organizational resources(material and personnel) for optimal efficiency.
- Creating a positive culture to enhance smooth work operations
- Ensure workers/departments comply to company policies
- Ensure workers have the necessary tools to carry out their responsibilities.
- Direct talent and resources to advance strategic business goals
Requirements
- A Degree in any related field with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or its equivalent
- An MBA or a professional certificate in related field is an added advantage.
- The preferred candidate must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience
