Responsibilities
- Prepare regular report on expenses and office budget.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Organize a filing system for important ana confidential company documents .
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Update office policies as need.
Requirements and Skills
- To communicate effectively with people.
- To be able to solve a variety of work conflicts
- A good listener
- To explain verbally and in writing any and all information related to the company policy.
- OND,HND, and B.Sc minimum requirement
