A Footwear Manufacturing Company involved in the production, sales and marketing of footwear products, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: PVC Machine Operator
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Production Manager
Essential Functions
- Monitors production with the quality standard requires
- Performs testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures
- Report any noticed fault or variation in the cause of operating the machine immediately
- Ensure that machine are producing quality product by managing periodic checks on output
- Ensure regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out
- Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings, and temperature.
- Install, connect, test, and adjust equipment/Tools cleaning.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc, HND with requisite experience of not less than 8 years.
- Knowledge and experience in shoe production and manufacturing processes and techniques
- Knowledge of raw materials and quality systems
- Knowledge of machine engineering and technology principles and practices.
