Job Description
  • We need a Sales personnel who will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company.
Duties
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
  • Working on account management plans with relevant team members.
  • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
  • Conducting sales analyses for the company
  • Monthly reporting on the company’s sales performance and reporting on variances.
Requirements/Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline
  • 5 years’ work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
  • Up to date knowledge of the real estate market
