Educational Qualification:
- Degree in any discipline but a technical qualification and a post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years experience.
Competency & Technical Skills:
- The candidates must have operated at the top/middle management in large or medium scale successful manufacturing organizations
- They must be knowledgeable in the manufacturing, sales marketing & administrative functions in such organizations
- They must bring along provable and cognitive experience in managing a manufacturing organization
- Direct, quantifiable experience in a successful water manufacturing organization will be an added advantage.
