Job Title: Facility Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Duties
- Maintenance of all company properties
- Developing and implementing facility maintenance schedule
- Responding to facility breakdown and system failure
- Enduring facilities meet government and environmental, health, and safety standards
- Energy management
- Managing relationship with contractors and service providers
- Keeping Proper records on facility and equipment.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc Estate Management, Building Tech, or any related courses/Environmental Sciences
- 2 - 3 years of experiences
- 27 - 32 years of age
