Job Title: Manager, Human Resources

Location:

Job Objectives
  • To plan, direct and review the activities and strategies of the Company’s Human Resources Department including recruitment and selection, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration; to provide highly responsible workforce that will deliver the Company’s strategies objectives.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead/initiate new and innovative global HR practices to create a strong culture of leadership and high performing teams
  • Support managers to performance manage their staff, ensuring that assessment of performance is objective and poor performance is addressed appropriately
  • Manage performance of roles reporting to this function to ensure that staffs reach their potential and provide effective service to the Company
  • Manage partnerships and vendors for outsourced services
  • Develop and control budgets for the unit and assigned projects
  • Ensure the delivery of best practice Talent Management practices across the organization
  • Define and maintain a competitive and merit based compensation system to support the Company’s corporate strategy
  • Drive strategic and operational level HR-planning including Labor Relations, Recruiting & Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Coaching, Employee Development and Performance Management
  • Support Management decisions with appropriate communication tools and systems to ensure effective flow of information including employee opinions surveys, leadership communication etc.
  • Manage appropriately all legal cases relating to Human Resources, Working in collaboration with the company’s legal counsel
  • Perform any other responsibility as may be required by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Sciences or any other relevant discipline
  • An MBA or a Master’s degree or HR professional certification will be an added advantage
