Requirements
- The candidate for this position should not be more than 45 years and must possess a minimum of a B.Sc (2:2) or HND (Upper Credit) in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering with at least 10 years experience in a property development company
- A Master's Degree will be an added advantage
- Membership of relevant professional body is compulsory.
- Sound knowledge of the industry with proven and verifiable track record in the Real Estate development industry as a team leader and also team member of building projects is essential and must be part of the resume provided
- Candidates must be creative, organized, honest, team player, have integrity, able to work under pressure, have keen eye for details and finishing and ability to interface with regulatory authorities.
