Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Banking/Finance, Accounting or Marketing with a minimum of 7 years banking experience in a microfinance bank or in a commercial bank.
- Post graduate qualifications in related fields will be an added advantage and microfinance certification is a must.
- Should be between 33-40 years of age.
