Job Title: Branch Accountant
Location: Kano
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Accounting
- Invoice punching
- Receipts accounting
- Bank Reconciliation - Collection accounts
- Customer Accounts Reconciliation
- Sales Returns
- Inventory accounting - Branch
- Submission of Imprest cash reimbursements - monthly basis
Statutory:
Required Experience and Qualifications
- B.Sc in Accounting
- Candidates must have industry background in plastics and packaging, Polymer & chemicals and gold mining etc
- Accounting Professional qualification is an added advantage (ICAN,ACCA,AAT)
- Minimum of 3 years in similar or above stated role
- Proficient in use of Major Accounting Softwares
- Good understanding of accounting/regulatory requirements
- Firm grasp of key business processes and best practices
Skills:
- Logical problem solver with strong numeric skills
- Self-starter with strong analytical and investigative skills
- Confident and persuasive communicator with people of all levels
- High level of numeracy
