Job Description
- Examine and servicing of storewise coldroom according to the preventive maintenance
- To submit preventive maintenance done end of every mointh to head office
- To ensure limited return jobs
- Ensure all maintenance equipments, tools and parts are safe.
- Coordinate the activities of all technicians
- Requiting for parts needed to attend to pending maintenance request
- Assigning of responsibility to technicians on site
- Monitoring of progress on assigned jobs
- Preparing of job schedules
- Giving reports to management concerning challenges encountered
- Recommendation to technical manager on how to resolve the challenges
- Giving constant training to technicians
- Ascertain technicians are well dressed
- Coordination with technical manager and making sure that all store complaints are resolved
- Making sure that preventive maintenance equipement schedule is followed and done at all time
- Makin sure that technician are checking every hour walk in and gold room tempreture and performance
- Making sure that technician are maintaining the activities book daily.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years hand's on technical experience
- Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of coldroom, freezer, AC etc.
