Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Identify actual and potential security threats to the company and provide information on any changes to these threats
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend or implement control measures to mitigate these threats in line with the company’s safety/security practices
- Maintain situational awareness of all local threats
Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in security administration and operations
- Experience in the security sector from a Manufacturing/Commercial/ Oil & Gas or any related sector
- Minimum of BSc.
- relevant Security Qualification will be an advantage
Technical Skills:
- Ability to critically assess situations
- Must have deep understanding of emergency response
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good IT skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft applications
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to study and interpret motives
- Ability to foresee the outcome and implication of an event
- Knowledgeable in journey management planning and execution
- Control room Expertise
- Experience in managing Guards
