Responsibilities
  • The role will have the responsibility of supervising the day to day operations of the help desk for optimal resource Management, identifying the customer issues by providing a high quality customer service to enhance the quality of support delivered.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in regards to service related inquiries to resolve issues
  • Providing help and advice to customers both internal and external
  • Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner and tasks are set to the appropriate priority levels
  • Maintains in depth customer management to acquire and retain clients and increase customer satisfaction
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, concepts, practices and procedures and potential impact on the business
  • Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors, etc. to provide technical assistance and support
  • Scheduling, assigning and allocation of service order to appropriate engineers
  • writing reports analysing the customer service that your organisation provides
  • developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organisation or department
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • University degree in management, administration and secretarial studies
  • 4-6 years in similar capacity and industry
  • Computer literate – SAP/, Microsoft Office Suits
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Well organized, meticulous and able to plan and prioritize activities
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Attention to details and leadership skills
  • Able to work as an integral member of a team as well as individually
  • Post graduate qualification is an added advantage
