Job Title: Project Control/Planning Engineer - Road/Bridge

Job Summary
- Provide project control/planning services for major projects in accordance with contract execution procedures and work practices
- Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to specific projects
- Prepare and maintain the manpower projection plan for the project control team and liaise with the project manager and other engineers to ensure that the project is provided with sufficient resources at the required level.
Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies
- 10 years relevant work experience is required.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer utilisation, including producing and maintaining resource loaded schedules using commercial packages such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in working with engineering teams on at least 4 major projects.
Other Requirements:
- In addition to the function-specific requirements, candidates must be fluent in English language and have the ability to communicate professionally at all levels within the Company.
- Candidates must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Successful candidates must be willing to work in any part of Nigeria.
