The Project Manager reports to Top Management with responsibility for different construction projects within the group.
We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement service, operating and product standards.
- Participate in all designs and construction projects (new, renovation, expansion, acquisition) related to hotel or office blocks.
- Handle multiple project coordination and construction, Finance, procurement and pre-operational set-up.
- Maintain an active and timely updated deal log and provide communication to top management on status and evaluation of projects.
- Work with various internal and external departments, agencies and external suppliers to direct their activities in support of the projects desired outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering Field or Architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in building complexes, office blocks or hotels is required.
- Competency in project management Experience in design supervision and construction.
- Proven track record in development and implementation of strategic management, operational review and project management.
