Job Title: Property Lawyer

Responsibilities
- Acquisition, compensation, financing of real estate to perfection of titles across Nigeria.
- Preparation and registration of all the legal documents
- Dealing with title issues as they arise.
- Advice on contracts and procurement legislation, procedures and documents.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Law. LLM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in managing real estate and property legal matters.
- Thorough knowledge of property law and practice, contract documentation and litigation.
