Job Title: Head of Projects
Qualifications
- A good first degree in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution. A higher degree in engineering and/or an MBA will be added advantage.
- Relevant Project Management certification (s) will be a distinct advantage.
- A minimum of 8 years cognate experience in similar position is desired.
- Working knowledge of project management tools is essential.
- Hands-on experience in project scheduling and monitoring, project engineering and costing, as well as the tendering and procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of multi project operations
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and simultaneously align various operation sites
- Excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills
