Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
- The successful candidates will be responsible for the development and implementation of the operational plans and management of bill of quantity for all ongoing and future projects.
- In particular, he or she will ensure that the policies, systems and processes for executing projects align with the overall strategy of the company.
- Oversee the management system and overall execution of projects.
- Supervise the preparation of scope of work, project scheduled, quality, equipment, mate rials and direct supervision on all construction and other technical activities.
- Organize various sections from engineering, construction and procurement in preparing, establishing, coordinating and implementing plans, including timeliness of logistics and optimal utilization of resources.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on all projects.
Qualifications
- A good University degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution
- Ability to coordinate and simultaneously align various operating sites as well as good communication skills.
- He or she must possess at least 5 years cognate experience.
