Job Title: Store Keeper
Responsibilities
- To handle receipt, issuance, transfers and safe keeping of goods.
- To certify that goods are delivered to store at the right quality and quantity.
- To assist the site Engineer in the general day-to-day administration and coordination of the site
- To track on daily basis, record of labour input at site and interface with the site Engineer to ensure that labour inputs are commensurate with laid-down remunerations.
- To track and update inventory ledger GRN WAYBILL
- To prepare weekly stock report.
- To act as check on mailers bordering on labour and material requisitions at site
Requirements
- OND in Accounting/Business Administration, Statistics, Financial Studies, Insurance or any other social sciences or numerate discipline. Skilled and self confident ‘O’ Level holders can also apply
- Must be intelligent, smart and be ready to work under pressure with little or no supervision.
- 2 to 3 years hands on experience in similar positions is desired
- Must he personable with good oral and written communication ability
- Must be meticulous and not be prone to errors
