Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
- Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project.
- Work closely with Management and Consultants to ensure that the scope and direction of a project is on schedule.
- Coordinate, Oversee and deliver every project on time within budget and scope.
- Ensure quality and timely implementation of the project against set objectives, targets and work plan, etc.
Education/Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc in Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 year experience in a Construction Project.
- Certification in Project Management(PMP) is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS office, including MSProject.
- Must be based around Ikeja axis.
- Age should be between 28-35.
