An exciting opportunity exists for IT Security Manager to support the infrastructure of the bank.

Job Title: Information Security

Responsibilities:
  • Review of the current security framework in line with the Bank's GRC framework
  • Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Tools, solutions, staffing and infrastructure

  • Remediation Roadmap
  • Remediation advisory / support
  • Conduct regular threat events correlation from different security devices on the network and use the data for analysis of trends and potential security breaches
  • Reporting on security risks and vulnerabilities
  • Providing remediation advisory identified risks and vulnerabilities
  • Provide the results of an external scan, a penetration test, and a vulnerability assessment of the internal reachable servers and devices
  • Provide day to day monitoring of security events
  • Assess the overall security of the internal security applications and services, including Web, Ebanking, FTP, DNS, and VPN.
  • Assess security of DMZ hardware, such as VPN devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and Load-balancing applications.
  • Assess configuration of firewalls, Network access control, DMZ, server operating systems, and components, including an evaluation based on security "best practices."
Requirements:
  • Good technology related university degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Numeric Science;
  • Experience in developing and administering an information security program desirable in a large to medium size bank/ financial institution.
