A fast growing indigenous chemical & Allied products manufacturing and marketing company with Head office located in Lagos and branches nationwide, requires the services of a motivated and talented person with vision and drive; to complement her Manpower requirement as:
 
Job Title: IT System Administrator

Location:
Lagos

Candidate's Profile
  • Possession of B.Sc/HND in Computer Science or any relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT System administration/ maintenance in a corporate environment.
Competencies:
  • Practical knowledge and experience in implementing Network Topologies, Internet Protocols, DNS, Server administration, Basic Router Configuration i.e. Cisco, Linksys, Dlink, Draytek
  • Significant expertise in Software Installation, Desktop & Laptop Diagnosis and Repair (e.g. Memories, Hard drives, LAN Cards)
  • Data Backup and Information Security Methods and Management.
  • Significant knowledge and experience implementing and managing Office 365
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with user access to cloud services.
  • Experience managing ERP software such as Sage, Power Enterprise etc.
  • Experience supporting Skype for Business and troubleshooting call quality issues.
  • Experience supporting the sync and sharing of large volumes of data with OneDrive for Business.
  • Good working knowledge of web content management systems
  • End User Applications (Microsoft Office Application, Corel Draw, Basic Knowledge of Application Troubleshooting)
  • Subject matter expertise in IT Compliance and Access Management area
  • Experience in IT Procurement (i.e. Printer toners, Software Purchase, Computer Parts & Accessories)
  • Demonstrated success in working directly with Staffs, customers, vendors and cross-functional teams across multiple Locations.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of IT operations and support processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and general leadership skills
  • Ability to work with little direction or supervision and Strong process focus.
