We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Site Security Contact I

Main Functions
- Implements a robust security program for a site or group of sites in accordance with regulatory requirements and client's security processes, including Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements and Global Security Recommended Practices. Site Security
- Contacts maintain security programs to ensure adequate security processes (e.g., access control, security program reviews, guard force management,
- risk management, incident response, emergency response) are in place to respond to threats that the site may face.
- Site Security Contacts focus on building and enhancing core expertise in security operations as well as building relationships with internal partners (e.g., site personnel, Global
- Security, P&GA (Public & Government Affairs), Procurement, Law, Medical and Occupational Health (MOH)) and external partners (e.g., International Oil Company (IOC) counterparts, law enforcement) to meet business needs
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Implement security program for site(s) to meet applicable Company and regulatory requirements.
- Incorporate security processes and procedures into applicable OIMS processes.
- Communicate security topics and or issues to site personnel and management.
- Develop relationships with other internal security personnel as well as applicable law enforcement agencies and other external partners.
- Participate in security assessments (e.g., OIMS, Quality Assurance Security
- Review, Security Risk Assessments, Security Program Reviews) at site and steward action items to closure.
- Investigate security incidents and near misses and communicate lessons learned to site management and other personnel, as appropriate.
Job Requirement
- Behavioral Skills: Adaptability, applies learning, collaborates, communicates effectively, analytical.
- Functional Skills: Technical security and engineering, risk assessment and management, site security operations, emergency preparedness and response.
- Driving license for class of vehicle
- Security Background
- Security or Instructional Certificates
- Smith Systems Driver Current.
Desirables include:
- Ex military or police including tactical squad experience
- Commercial security experience
- Remote site operations experience
- Conflict resolution experience
- Advanced Driver Certificates
- Construction Planning Program (CPP) Drivers course and or experience
- First aid qualified
- Investigations experience
- Risk appreciation/identification and reduction
- Proven oral, written and active-listening skills
- Highly effective organizational, time management and analytical skills
- High degree of knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
