Job Tittle: Oil and Gas Training Manager
Location: Lagos
The Role
- The successful candidate will report to the General Manager,
- Developing and managing the firm's new initiatives in Oil/Gas training, manpower supply contracts, and for co-ordinating specialized recruitment for the oil/gas industry. Copied: www.hotnigerianjobs.com
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, structuring, and delivery of training and capacity building programmes for all sectors of the oil & gas industry,
- Sourcing and managing manpower supply and outsourcing protects in the oil/gas industry,
- Developing and managing recruitment support services
- Developing and managing relationship with international partners in all areas of the firm's business,
- Facilitation of training programmes, and identification and management of relationships with training facilitators,

Qualifications
- BSC/MSC in Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering, Geology or any of the Engineering Disciplines
- Not less than 10 years varied experience in the oil industry
- Some experience in the HR/Training function of well structured E&P Companies, or in an oil service company.
- Experience in SBU start-ups will be an added advantage
