Post Title: Customer Service Trainers for Nigeria, Chad, Sierra Leone, Madagascar and Seycheiles Offices
Description
The purpose of this role is to impart knowledge on products, processes & systems and skill the role holders on the company's ways of working and thus enabling them to achieve defined business metrics.
Requirements / Experience
- Customer Service experience of 5-7 years with and preferably a minimum of 2 years experience in Telecom Industry and - - A post graduate qualification required.
