Job Title: Specialist Business Solutions


Location: Lagos, NG

Job Summary

Develop and manage an end-to-end fulfilment of all bespoke customer solutions for the Business Segment team

Principal Functions
  • Assist in the development/ design of concepts for post-paid services (including bundled options) in line with approved business strategy and according to customer requirements
  • Propose modifications to enhance existing corporate and SME propositions, proffer recommendations to the Business Segment Team and assist with the implementation phase of the product rollout
  • Develop materials for new product trainings and maintain an up-to-date database of all company services and solutions for corporates and SMEs
  • Assist in monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the performance and quality of all corporate and SME-focused products and services in line with defined functionalities and specifications
  • Manage the process for defining clients' technical requirements
  • Assist in developing business cases for all new projects
  • Manage solution deployment projects end to end, across all business work-streams
  • Conduct research on current trends on corporate solutions and monitor related developments in the telecommunications industry
  • Liaise with the Technical Department to design solutions in line with customer request, document processes for proposed solutions and provide regular feedback and update to the corporate clients
  • Provide technical and system solution support to Corporate Sales and other business teams
  • Identify and tailor technical solutions to suit client needs and ensure all their requirements are met and satisfied
  • Conduct training for the retail and corporate sales teams on new corporate products and provide necessary documentation needed for RFP Bid responses, Technical Proposals, FAQs, and Trainings
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience, Skills & Competencies
  • Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in Technical sales support management
  • Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate strong understanding of transmission, WAN, LAN, telco infrastructure, services, systems and processes
