Job Description
- The Branch Secretary will be responsible for the business recording, finance handling and management
Requirements
- The Candidates must be a female and between 18-28 years with Minimum of SSCE and has probably worked as a secretary before or believe she can do the work of a secretary
- If the candidate is computer literate and able to operate Photocopy Machine will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
- High level of demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with customers, staffs and any individuals at all levels of the organization and business management
- The successful candidate must also have capacity and confidence to work, communicate effectively
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills and experience in performing rigorous analysis in support of highly visible work
- Ability to work with colleagues and partners of varied backgrounds and experience
- At least 1 years work experience as a Secretary or related position will be an added advantage.
Salary
Salary: Between N15,000 to N18,000 (Salary will be increased when you work well)
