Job Title: Live Chat Agent/ Customer Service Executive

About the Role
- As part of our continued success we are looking for Live Chat / customer service Agents to join our team and play a pivotal role in the next stage of our company’s growth and help us to continue to develop as one of Nigeria’s Leading Ecommerce Company.
- As a key member of the chat team, the Web chat Agent will be responsible for engaging with customers via the Live Chat capability on our website.
- You will be tasked with assisting customers with their purchasing decisions, answering customer queries via chat, emails and phone in regards to company products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with a high volume of customers via our live chat system, offering support and guidance to clients through web
- Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries via live chats, emails and phone
- To act in a professional and efficient manner to all enquiries
- Help to Document customer's Issues and Resolutions
- Identify Possible Website Errors
- Work to identify the customer's exact
- Consistently working to achieve individual and team targets / KPI’s
- To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the company’s website
- Offer a high standard of customer service at all times
- Other additional administration duties as required.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least basic higher institution qualification is required
- Previous Web chat experience is essential
- Must be a great multi-tasker who is able to work well under pressure whilst juggling a variety of tasks and conversations all at the same time.
- Outstanding written communication skills and a fast typing speed and accuracy are essential
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable
- A great telephone manner as some telephone contact will be required
- Determined to achieve set targets and KPI’s
- Able to deliver a great customer experience
- Problem-solving skills.
