About the Role
  • As part of our continued success we are looking for Live Chat / customer service Agents to join our team and play a pivotal role in the next stage of our company’s growth and help us to continue to develop as one of Nigeria’s Leading Ecommerce Company.
  • As a key member of the chat team, the Web chat Agent will be responsible for engaging with customers via the Live Chat capability on our website.
  • You will be tasked with assisting customers with their purchasing decisions, answering customer queries via chat, emails and phone in regards to company products and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging with a high volume of customers via our live chat system, offering support and guidance to clients through web
  • Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries via live chats, emails and phone
  • To act in a professional and efficient manner to all enquiries
  • Help to Document customer's Issues and Resolutions
  • Identify Possible Website Errors
  • Work to identify the customer's exact
  • Consistently working to achieve individual and team targets / KPI’s
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the company’s website
  • Offer a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Other additional administration duties as required.
Experience and Qualifications
  • At least basic higher institution qualification is required
  • Previous Web chat experience is essential
  • Must be a great multi-tasker who is able to work well under pressure whilst juggling a variety of tasks and conversations all at the same time.
  • Outstanding written communication skills and a fast typing speed and accuracy are essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous sales experience is highly desirable
  • A great telephone manner as some telephone contact will be required
  • Determined to achieve set targets and KPI’s
  • Able to deliver a great customer experience
  • Problem-solving skills.
