Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Lagos
Roles
- Responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the client's home and/or offices are clean, neat, and tidy (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
- Cleaning of home and office areas like the kitchen, sitting rooms, bedrooms
- Organising and maintaining work and/or home spaces on a daily basis
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities and reporting
- Notify the client of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Executing cleaning projects for one-off services
- Maintaining accurate records of the corrective and preventive maintenance undertaken
- Administering of special skills (e.g.First Aid) during emergency situations
- Maintain clients' grounds, physical infrastructure through beautification and improvement
- Involved in Kid Care, Old People Care and Pet Care
Qualifications
- Only Primary School Leaving Certificate, SSCE, NABTEB, Trade Test, OND or NCE are to apply
- No previous experience required, although previous experience will be an added advantage
- Age: 18 - 40 years
