We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Female Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities
- To welcome and guide the coming students and clients about the courses and services being offered by the institute, in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- To maintain student record and disseminate information to them promptly
- To collect fees from the students, promptly follow up debtors and take actions towards discontinuing the services they receive when balances are overdue, and manage all such records.
- Filling, bookkeeping and scheduling of all companies business and administrative activities.
- Maintaining a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby.
- Assist in development of ideas and tools to increase company efficiency, help in creating publicity and manage.
Requirements
- A Female
- She must be very smart, fluent in writing and speaking English Language and must be able to use the computer well.
- Applicants should stay close to Ikeja and should be enthusiastic about music.
