About Seedstars Nigeria
  • Seedstars Nigeria has the objective to develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem and build a diversified portfolio of high growth tech companies solving real "pains" rather than "vitamins".
  • We operate the structure much like a startup itself where the country holding core team is the "founder & entrepreneur". The Seedstars global infrastructure and know-how (network, funding, hr, technology team, etc) is fed down into the country holding to build and invest in tech companies.
Objectives
Your main objectives will be to:
  • Make talents be contributing ASAP and continually improve their skills at a steady pace
  • Minimize gaps of missing talents
  • Minimize waste in talents (having low performers too long, good people at wrong position, making sure people are paid right amount not too much, not too little, …)
Responsibilities
The day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Experiment and build a recipe of farming, hunting, closing great talents (as fact based at possible)
  • Deploy the on boarding process (Foundation week, email, travel insurance, basic training, specific team training)
  • Deploy an out boarding process (how to communicate to person and to other, remove access, etc)
  • Deliver internal development and knowledge sharing programs (online courses, chapter meetings)
  • Organize local training/development sessions
  • Deploy and monitor personal development process
  • Deploy and monitor career progression.
Your Profile
  • You have a background in recruiting and people development related processes (education, training, learning and development, talent development, career progression etc.)
  • You have 2 minimum years of experience.
