Job Requirements
- B.Sc /BA with a minimum of second class lower
- Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a similar role
- Ability to develop KPIs
- Proven ability to coach, counsel, and support the professional growth of a team.
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Competency with Microsoft Office software especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work in time-sensitive and stressful situations.
