Job Title: Head of Administration
Location: Lagos
Overall Purpose of the Job
- The role is to oversee the administrative operations of the organization.
- S/He will be in charge of the department’s day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise with senior management to develop and refine organization’s strategies, policies and procedures
- Coordinates the work and activities of staff, monitors and controls resources and communicates with superiors, peers or subordinates
- Provide regular supervision of programs to ensure their quality and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Ensure transparency of all financial information
- Ensure timely internal and external reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 - 10 years experience in similar role
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field (An MBA, Professional Certification will be an added advantage).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- leadership and time management skills
- Good planning and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Judgement and decision making skills.
