The Entrance Preparation Program (EPP) at IDMANN Institute also provides support for students preparing to take entrance examinations (such as JAMB, WAEC, etc.)

Job Title: Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer

Job Description
- We are seeking seasoned educational professionals with training and experience in curriculum development and instructional design to support the development of new courses and programs
- The successful candidate will also be involved in measurement and evaluation of instructors and training specialists
Requirements
Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Graduate with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Degree or equivalent.
- Have at least 10 years of aggregated post-graduation experience.
- Be able to use a computer competently and the internet proficiently.
- Have PERSONAL experience in online training and program development.
- Be trained in Education, the Sciences, Science Education, or Engineering. (Postgraduate Diplomas in Education would be considered.)
- Be able to design and develop engaging online training programs in support of examination candidates.
- Have significant experience teaching (preferably at the primary/secondary school level).
- Have experience coordinating a training program, administering a school (or significant division thereof), or running a personnel development program.
- Be immediately available for employment.
- Be able to relocate quickly and smoothly to Umuahia where the position is located.
