Job Summary and Purpose
- To ensure optimal utilization of and return on investment relating to the Group’s financial resources by maintaining complete and accurate treasury and cash records, ensuring availability and adequacy of funds, monitoring the organization’s cash position and managing relationships with banking and/or other financial institutions.
- Develop an investment strategy in collaboration with the group corporate finance and treasury officer.
- Develop and utilise financial models and activity-based financial analysis to provide a basis for investment decisions and business planning.
- Provide financial advice on the short, medium and long-term cash/funding and risk situation to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a first degree in a Business-related discipline. An MBA or Master’s degree is desirable
- Relevant professional qualification e.g. ICAN. ACCA, CFA, etc.
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong financial Analysis and financial modelling skills
- Strong Business Development, management and presentation skills
- Preferably from an Investment Banking Background with exposure to various financial markets and investing mechanism.
