We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development and Analysis Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Grow company revenues by developing new products and improving on the existing ones.
- Market penetrations and activations that results in higher sales and profitability.
- Ensure products are of high standard and ready to be sold.
- Work closely with the technical team to develop prototypes for products.
- Ensure the procurement of quality materials with a resulting least cost for production.
- Participate in creating, launching, or implementing new products.
- Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance.
- Consistent learning for personal development
- Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers.
- Define product vision and establish milestone and objectives.
- Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives.
- Work to ensure efficient system and process flow.
- Lead teams in developing and defining business requirements for retention products.
- Work with the Customer service executive to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Work with the Head of operations to conduct product and customer analysis.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in relevant discipline
- Background in Economics/Finance or other related discipline is an added advantage.
- Eye for details
- Self motivated personalities.
- Must always be ready to learn and improve.
