Job Description
- Successful candidate will analyze and manage safety, operational and corporate performance indicators that is key to the success of the organization.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any Social Science course or related field with a minimum of Second Class Lower degree or Lower credit.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret policies, procedures, and processes and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and assign the work to others.
- Knowledge of administration and human resources management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Good Analytical Skills and MUST be Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Must have a minimum of 3-4 years post NYSC work experience in Performance Management.
- A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
