Position Description
- As the company’s Plants maintenance manager, you will be required to handle supervision of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic maintenance and repair for a large number of concrete batching plants and water Chillers.
Job Responsibilities
- To manage mechanical, maintenance and plants construction teams to ensure maximum levels of personal performance through appraisals, performance management, communication, coaching & development, training and disciplinary matters.
- To maintain accurate, complete and up to date records of statistics on the productivity and efficiency of the department, and production of weekly performance reports for Senior Management.
- To maximize potential revenue through accurately claiming for warran
Desired Qualification/Preferred Competencies
- Must have over 5 years' work experience in overhaul and maintenance of concrete batching plant, transit mixer, wheel loaders, concrete trucks etc.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
