Job Description
- Analyse core business KPIs to identify unacceptable trends, opportunities, measurement gaps and inconsistencies.
- Develop prioritised action plans (short, medium and long term) to focus on value added opportunities.
- Training, developing and launching teams and translating analysis into SMART targets for action.
- Automate manufacturing processes, streamline operations in a bid to reduce cost.
- Implement ideal reporting systems and drive measurement based operations.
- Define and design metrics and reporting for all processes.
- Engage and inspire others to achieve stretch goals and embrace change.
- Collaborate with HR to create individual structural development goals designed to enhance current capabilities.
