Job Description
  • Our successful candidate is to man the reception and perform front desk administrative duties
  • Offer good customer and staff case services such as maintain proper records of all activities, receive guests, monitor movement, receive, route and place calls through, etc.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
  • Candidates applying for this position must have a B.Sc/HND from a recognized institution plus 2 to 3 years post qualification experience
  • A female candidate preferably, between Ages 20-27 years
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective telephone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain utmost professionalism
  • Good time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Possess good reasoning and analytical abilities and IT skills.
