Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Executive Director - HR & Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accountability of group HR function with specific focus on aligning HR with business strategy, developing portfolio strategy, setting operational direction, reviewing and evaluating operating mechanisms
- Control manpower cost at group level.
- Participate in management discussion on business strategy and align the HR function with business strategies.
- Initiate and monitor Company sponsored compensation market surveys, participate in sponsored market surveys and analyze survey observations for Management.
- Manage strategic HR processes
- including Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Recruitment, Learning & Development,
- Performance Management, Career Planrnng, Succession Planning, etc.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Social Science).
- MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in HR & IR from a reputed institute/university
- A minimum of 15 years experience with at least 7 years in management level.
- Experience leading the HR function of a large FMCG/manufacturing organisation with proven leadership track record.
- Good knowledge of ERP applications e.g. SAP and Oracle.
