Human Leadership Resources – Our client , a wholly owned indigenous E&P Company, operating from its own 10, 000bbls crude processing station (flow-station), is currently expanding its operations and consequently looking to recruit strategic and positive minded individuals to fill the following positions:
Job Title: ASST. Production Superintendent
Location: Delta, Lagos State
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and effective routine functions required of Production Unit/Operations Department
- Continually ensure maximum and smooth production of crude
- Ensure that the Company’s field production and shipment operations are conducted within the existing DPR, and other governmental regulations and standards
Competencies
- Versatile experience with well control, drilling, mud logging, sidetracking and fishing procedures
- Possess attention to details, problem solving and leadership skills
Qualifications
- A good degree in B.Eng./Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Reservoir Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 7 years post professional Engineering qualification experience in continuous Oil and gas field production with 3 years leadership experience
