Job Title: Company Drivers
Job Description
Reporting to the Office Administrator, the Driver shall assist the company to fulfill its mission of providing safe driving support as well as general administration of official cars.
Responsibilities:
- The driver shall ensure that assigned vehicles are always clean and in good condition. Necessary maintenance such as washing and /or cleaning of assigned vehicles shall be done and scheduled properly for the convenience of staff.
- The driver shall be responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles, such as motor oils, brake function, water, lights and tire condition.
- The driver shall endeavour to pay attention to staff or its passengers whenever or wherever, and must always be at sight of the passengers.
- The driver shall always drive the vehicles safely and comfortably and must exercise defensive driving while on the road to prevent accident.
- Reckless driving shall be sufficient ground for driver’s recall and consequently be a cause of termination.
- The driver shall observe strict company rules, regulations, policies and directives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE certificate.
- At least 5 years experience in a structured organisation.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Strict adherence to traffic rules and regulations.
- Must be neat, humble and well groomed.
