KSBC Advisory Partners Limited- Our Client's core operation is in the Marine segment of the Oil and Gas Upstream Industry. Consistently in the last 15 years our client has owned and operated various vessels for the servicing of the operations of the International Oil Companies in Nigeria. As a result of strategic repositioning and its desire to expand its business aggressively, we seek immediate employment of the following exceptional individuals to join its existing team.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Location:
Port Harcourt, Rivers

Description
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions far all positions.
  • Maintains organizational staff by establishing a recruiting,testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit Interviews; recommending changes.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning,monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related discipline required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • At least ten years of professional experience across all HR disciplines.
  • Professional certificate required; NIPM/CIPD certification preferred.
