Job Description
The Administrative Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet necessary requirements in line with daily operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an administrative system that proactively supports daily operations of the company.
- Handle telephone calls and ensure courteous reception for visitors to the company.
- Handle photocopying assignments and printing of documents.
- Assist with preparation of budget for operational needs.
- Assist in the maintenance of an efficient records/storage of all office supplies.
- Serve as point of contact for administrative needs in the company.
- Coordinate all administrative services for the company (as relevant).
- Assist with production of presentation materials for staff members.
- Run errands for the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of OND or its equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in the use of the Internet and electronic office equipment.
- Good multitasking skills.

- Planning and prioritizing skills.
- Effective and proven interpersonal skills.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality of information.
