Job Title: Learning and Development Practitioner
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To improve and sustain the knowledge and skills of operational employees and to act as change agent and continuously communicate, drive and implement a culture of learning and development throughout KCSSA West-Africa.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a dedicated one stop learning and development service to respective department/s.
- Facilitate and assist with the CDR process for operational employees.
- Conduct a GAP analysis based on CDR outcome, fulfilling Learning and development needs.
- Developing and updating learning material and ensure all documentation are in line with the current best practice
- Facilitate departmental environmental, health and safety induction for new employees.
- Conduct competency assessments of existing operational employees on a bi-annual basis.
- Monitor and control statutory licence requirements and ensure KCCSSA West-Africa remains in line with labour regulations.
- Perform administrative duties, filling, uploading learning and development information onto database & maintaining skills development matrix
- Provide feedback on vendor service delivery standards.
- Ensure all learning venues are properly maintained and conducive for learning.
- Provide learning and development support to all operational skills pipeline programme and ensure that evaluations are conducted in a fair manner.
- Pro actively react on all learning and development needs i.e. natural attrition.
- Relate with ITF to ensure all programs are in line with regulatory standard.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Science or Engineering
- 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry
- Membership of NITAD will be an added advantage.
