- Candidate will head Investment Banking division of the group.
Job Requirements
He or She is expected to have good/demonstrable experience of:
- Macro & Micro economics
- Financial markets
- Financial advisory services (FAS) and Research
- Deal / transaction structuring
- Cradle to grave experience of capital structuring, capital issuance
- Business combination and project Finance
- Analysis of market & Financial instruments
- Deal / transaction execution in a timely & efficient manner
Qualification/Experience
- First degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
- Possession of Postgraduate Degree like MBA, M.Sc, ACA, ACIB, CFA will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years cognate experience in a good and leading investment banking/consulting environment is required.
