Job Title: Head, Sales & Marketing

Job Description
- We are looking for a Head of Sales and marketing whose primary responsibility will be to drive sales and increase company revenue.
- She/he will be responsible for leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior sales executives and monitoring performance as a whole.
- The role is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze sales department performance.
- Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share;
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years expereince in which 4 years must have been in a managerial position in Sales & Marketing in the Real Estate industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management or related field
- Candidate must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lagos
- Candidate must currently be working for a reputable Real Estate company.
