Job Description
- Will be part of a strong team and assist in running of the school, working in collaboration with the senior management team
- Monitoring, assessing and implementing new procedures to raise standards and increase the overall performance of the pupils
- To develop and mentor the staffing team and recognise training requirements to maintain high performance ratings.
Requirements
- Specific leadership skills within specialist education
- Minimum of 2 years Teaching experience
- Previous experience of motivating and managing challenging students
- Performance management and strategic planning
- Strong communication and self management skills
- Teaching qualifications.
