Job Description
Candidates must have experience in all of these:
- Welcomes customers into the store and offering them assistance.
- Assists customers by directing and escorting them to racks and counters while suggesting items.
- Provides useful information on displayed products to aid the buying decision
- Helps customer make selections by stimulating customer interest and offering suggestions and opinions.
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash and store or other payment options such as credit cards.
- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer purchases and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing laid-down tasks and results as required.
- Management of inventories and stock levels.
